VISION STATEMENT :

To be a strong and dynamic Provincial Council bonded by the principles of the Scouts Royale Brotherhood of Albay Provincial Council, for the advancement of all its members.

MISSION STATEMENT :

To further strengthen fraternal relationships among members

To develop linkages and professional interaction among
members

To provide better services to the campus, community, nation
and to its members

To improve leadership and friendship among members

To attend regular fellowship meeting/gathering as schedule
by the council

To promote professionalism and shared knowledge and skills
among members

This website is for all the bonafide members of SRB-Albay Provincial Council that adheres to the three Cardinal Principles of Scouting (Leadership, Friendship and Service) and the Scout Law.
