SRB Albay Provincial Council (SRB-APC) website is  owned by SRB/S members of Albay Provincial Council that adheres to the three Cardinal Principles of Scouting (Leadership, Friendship and Service). After almost 40 years, it has produced professionals, government officials, businessmen and productive individuals all over the world that have contributed in the upliftment of their lives, country, humanity and the world we live.
